Firehouse Contracting is an award-winning custom construction company specializing in high end custom remodeling, new construction, and green/energy efficient construction. We have developed a reputation over 30 years for being able to tackle difficult and unique construction projects. We have worked with many architects over the years and can recommend several for any job, as we strongly suggest using one on projects of any scale, as architecture is not just abut visual design, but also takes into account livability, function, durability and, most important to customers, cost.

We are dedicated to providing transparent cost information and extensive contract breakdowns, as well as helping guide the homeowner toward construction products and techniques that will stand the test of time without breaking the bank.

We have extensive experience building energy-efficient buildings, as well as retrofitting older buildings to meet modern standards of construction. 

These include insulation, air filtration, modern windows and doors, high efficiency furnaces (including geothermal heat pumps), heat recovery ventilation systems.

All of these, using modern technologies, pay for themselves rather rapidly, not to mention increase the comfort levels of the structure.
